About the park
The houses on the park are privately owned and are available for rental or recreational use by the owner himself. They are detached and stand on spacious plots. They all have a nice garden and terrace. Due to the location amidst the nature, you can see and hear a great variety of birds while sitting in your terrace chair. The park is arranged in such a way that there is plenty of privacy for the users, while, at the same time, the open character has been ensured.

The park does not have central facilities like a pool or a restaurant. That results in a restfulness that is so characteristic for the area. However, the park is next to the approximately 90 acres recreational area called "Het Lageveld", where you can find sandy beaches, large ponds with swimming possibilities, a children's pool and surf pond. There are jogging and hiking trails in the surrounding woodland.

The home owners association has contracted a party which takes care of the daily management of the park. This party supervises and takes care of the maintenance of the park. It also takes care of the check-in and check-out of our guests, the cleaning and other activities related to the rental of the houses.
The park is situated at about 2 km distance from Wierden, a nice village with lots of bars and other entertainment options.
